The National Endowment for the Arts will offer grants ranging from $10,000 up to $20,000 each (no cost share required) for arts projects that feature performances and/or educational programming with a U.S. military band. Arts projects are intended to celebrate and honor the 250th birthday of the United States of America in 2026. Projects may take place in communities throughout the 50 states, D.C., and U.S. jurisdictions.

Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3), U.S. organizations; units of state or local government; or federally-recognized tribal communities or tribes with at least five years of arts programming history prior to the application deadline. A U.S. military band or other U.S. federal entity may not apply for this grant program. Applicant organizations must have had an operating budget of at least $20,000 in the previous fiscal year.
