Alchemy of the Ephemeral

A two-person show with new paintings by Joanna Drakos and Erika Mayoral. Joanna will premiere new paintings from her series,” Alchemy of the Ephemeral,” where she utilizes scents to inspire her abstract works on canvas. Visitors will experience the scent that inspired each painting for an immersive sensorial experience. Joanna’s project is partially funded by a grant from the Nevada Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. Erika Mayoral will have a new collection of abstract paintings on view.
