Sparks, NV Spanish Springs Library. Grant-funded Art Classes and an Artist’s Reception are Open to the Public on May 25th, Thursday, 4 pm-6 pm. Enjoy the work of Older Artists 55+ during National Older Americans Month. All art is created in the Oil Pastel “Smudge” technique invented and taught by Nevada Roster Artist Carol Foldvary-Anderson. The technique entails working with a hand-cut template. Students started with the same template and came up with some exciting variations on the same theme. Come cheer these Artists on!
