Food and folklore ambassador Chef Patrick Conrad Lacroix, an acclaimed culinary innovator and founder of Bring The Chef, is on a mission to ignite a food revolution rooted in heritage, healing, and hope. Through his transformative Soul Caribbean Cooking Initiative for Seniors, Lacroix is bringing flavor with purpose to underserved communities across America. This vibrant in-person and virtual cooking workshop equips minority seniors with practical tools to reclaim their health, using soulful home cooking traditions, herbal-infused dishes, and conscious cooking techniques. At the heart of this initiative lies a powerful mission: to fight the silent epidemic of foodborne illness—the leading cause behind diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and cancers disproportionately affecting Black, Hispanic, and immigrant populations. Lacroix is using culture as a cure, one meal at a time.
His upcoming cookbook, “At The Table: Soul Cuisine from Africa to the Americas,” is a tribute to ancestral wisdom and a call to gather around the table, in community, and in action.

Fluent in English, French, Haitian Kreyol, and Spanish, Lacroix’s multilingual reach, global partnerships, and storytelling artistry have left an indelible mark on the culinary and cultural landscapes across the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. His unmistakable folkloric style fuses food, music, dance, and visual art into immersive experiences that heal and uplift. From commanding international stages as a dynamic performing artist and creative producer to transforming kitchens into sanctuaries of healing across the globe, Lacroix is far more than a chef—he is a visionary force for cultural transformation.
