School & community workshops

Movement for the Actor: Movement often involves breaking down physicality and body language in relation to character development, emotional expression, and the interpretation of a scene.

Play Analysis: This dynamic and interactive workshop is designed for actors, directors, dramaturgs, and anyone passionate about theater who wants to deepen their understanding of dramatic texts. In this hands-on session, participants will explore key techniques of play analysis to unlock the layers of meaning, character development, and thematic resonance in a script. By engaging with both classical and contemporary works, you’ll learn how to uncover subtext, motivations, and structure to fully realize the potential of a play in performance.

Directing: An immersive learning experience designed for aspiring or current directors in theater. The workshop provides participants with hands-on training, insights, and practical techniques for translating scripts into compelling visual stories, managing creative teams, and working with actors to bring a vision to life.
