Nevada Humanities presents Beyond the Fence: Artworks by Robin Stark, an exhibition of artworks inspired by Stark’s decades exploring the Nevada desert. Experiencing Nevada’s wide-open spaces, quality of intense light, big blue skies, and the solitude and quietness that is found in the vast landscape. The art pieces include ceramic sculpture of birds and snakes, painted wood panels or photos transfers with ceramic components of silhouetted birds and pieces of ceramic barbed wire.
