The Carson Valley Arts Council’s 2025-2026 Concert Series resumes will music from Kristyn Harris on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the CVIC Hall in Minden.

Kristyn Harris, a Texas-bred musical powerhouse out of Burleson, Texas, has been named the International Western Music Association Entertainer of the Year six times and is the youngest person to have received this honor. She is especially recognized for her powerful voice, swing rhythm guitar chops, songwriting, yodeling, and energetic stage presence.

Although Western swing, cowboy songs and a little bit of classic country are her primary staples, you might even hear strains of big band or folk artists in her music, and she also enjoys sharing her faith through gospel songs.
