Commissioner Jim Gibson and Clark County Parks & Recreation along with the Public Art office will be unveiling the new public art installation on the bathroom stalls of the Paradise Recreation Center.

The 4^th Empowerment Art! Installation is now currently on view at the Paradise Recreation Center. Artist Karen Castaneda hosted engagements with the children of the center during the summer program. From these engagements, Castaneda took inspiration and created a digital design with the theme of Empowerment. The digital design was printed as vinyl and installed on the stall doors of the bathroom facilities inside the Paradise Recreation Center.
