Join us for an inspiring evening under the desert sky at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area for “The Nature of Poetry” Night. Let’s celebrate creativity, connection, and the natural world.
Set against the backdrop of the Calico hills of Red Rock Canyon, this event invites writers, poets and nature lovers of all experience levels to share original works inspired by the landscape, wildlife and spirit of the outdoors. You can submit your poetry here. Selected submissions will be performed live at the Visitor Center where our words and nature can come together!
Whether you’re a seasoned poet or someone who simply enjoys listening, this is a chance to experience the beauty of storytelling through a natural lens. Come support local voices, connect with your community, and celebrate the art of expression in one of Nevada’s most iconic landscapes.
Submission will be accepted until 5 p.m. Aug. 15, and the link can be found above. To attend the event, please register below.
