ZAP is back!

Clark County Parks & Recreation’s Public Art Office is once again seeking local artists to design and paint utility boxes in our community! This year, there are six boxes located on Lamb Boulevard for ZAP 16 and six boxes around the Desert Inn / Hualapai area for ZAP 17. Each awarded artist will be assigned one box to design and paint with the budget of $1,200.

ZAP is an entry-level program for local artists who are over the age of 18, are not employed by Clark County, and are not currently under contract for any Clark County Public Arts project larger than $50,000. Only artist who have not been awarded a ZAP box before are eligible.
