HOW DO YOU GET NEVADANS INTERESTED IN THE ARTS?

 

That was recently on the minds of about 130 artists and administrators from all over Nevada. They were part of a two-day “Arts at the Heart” conference hosted by the Nevada Arts Council and held last week at the Historic Fifth Street School in downtown Las Vegas.
