The College Savings Division of the Nevada Treasury is thrilled to kick off the 6th Annual “What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up” Art Contest, and it’s bigger, brighter, and more inspiring than ever!
From astronauts to artists, veterinarians to video game designers, we want Nevada students from Pre-K through 12th grade to show us their dream careers through the magic of art.
This contest is all about sparking creativity, celebrating big dreams, and getting families excited about the journey to college and beyond. So, grab your crayons, paintbrushes, or digital tools and let your imagination soar!
Submissions will be open until Oct. 9, 2026. Contest entries should follow the prompt “What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?” and official contest rules can be found here. Three winners from each grade level will receive a $1,000, $500, or $250 scholarship prize deposited into a Future Path 529 college savings account.
All individual student submissions can be uploaded to our website www.nvigate.gov/contest. Teachers that wish to enter bulk submissions on behalf of their students and school can send an email to [email protected] for instructions and assistance.
