CSN Art Gallery Program
The primary mission of CSN Art Galleries is educational. The program presents regional and national exhibitions representing a wide range of perspectives and artistic practices.
Through exhibitions, lectures, and workshops, the galleries provide opportunities for students and the community to engage directly with artists and artwork. Exhibitions are designed to expose audiences to diverse materials, methods, and ideas while deepening understanding of contemporary and historical art practices.
The Fine Arts Gallery is located off the Nicholas J. Horn Theatre Auditorium near the half-circle drive at the North Las Vegas campus main entrance, 3200 East Cheyenne Avenue, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030. The Fine Arts Gallery features approximately 900 square feet and more than 110 linear wall feet in its exhibition space.
The Artspace Gallery is located upstairs above the main entrance lobby of the North Las Vegas campus of the College of Southern Nevada, 3200 E. Cheyenne Avenue, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030. The Artspace Gallery contains more than 80 feet of exhibition space in a corridor that provides more than 1,000 visitors per day.
CSN’s Student Union Art Galleries are located in each of the three CSN Student Union Buildings on the Charleston, Henderson, and North Las Vegas Campuses. Student Union Art Galleries provide 50 feet of exhibitable wall space and are only appropriate for two-dimensional media.
The Debra March Center of Excellence Art Gallery represents a partnership between the City of Henderson and the College of Southern Nevada. The gallery contains 368 square feet and more than 52 linear feet of exhibitable wall space with an art track hanging system.
