The Western Folklife Center seeks a passionate, organized, and creative programs coordinator to manage National Cowboy Poetry Gathering logistics and workshops, as well as at events beyond Elko. It is a very collaborative team, and everyone is also occasionally asked to roll up their sleeves and help out with duties beyond their established purview. This is a part-time position running year-round. The desired start date is Aug. 15, with some flexibility.
This position reports to the gathering manager and works closely with staff, volunteers, and Gathering artists and teachers across the organization.
