The Western Nevada College galleries serve as a cultural and educational resource for students, faculty, staff, and the broader community. Through innovative exhibitions and programming, we promote equity, inclusion, and lifelong learning while enriching the educational environment through the arts.
Artwork is shown in the three galleries on the Carson Campus, The Bristlecone Gallery, The Atrium Gallery, the College Gallery, and the Virgil Getto Gallery on the Fallon Campus.
If you are an artist or group of artists interested in showing your work in the WNC Galleries, proposals are open from September to December to be considered for the following year. The proposals submitted through this system are viewed by the Art on Campus Advisory Council information page for recommendations to staff. They are evaluated by quality of work and the work’s ability to create an enriching experience. Important Notice: The deadline for this cycle is Dec. 16, 2026.
