The Vilcek Foundation: Grants for Nonprofits
Application Deadline: June 30, 2025

The Vilcek Foundation invites nonprofit organizations to apply for grants of $5,000 to $20,000. The foundation is interested in making grants to nonprofit organizations that work with immigrant artists and communities, and that promote diversity in the arts, sciences, education, and humanities.

The mission of the Vilcek Foundation is to raise awareness of immigrant contributions to the United States and to foster appreciation for the arts and sciences.

The deadline to apply for a grant from the Vilcek Foundation is June 30, 2025.

In the 2025 grant cycle, the Vilcek Foundation will prioritize grants to organizations we have not worked with previously, and to organizations  in states where we have not previously awarded funds.

To be eligible to apply for a grant, an organization must be a nonprofit organization operating under IRS 501(c)(3). Organizations must be based in the United States or U.S. territories, and must support projects and operations within the United States.

Past grant recipients include film festivals, museums, arts organizations including theaters, writers guilds,  galleries, nonprofits focused on science and STEM education, organizations focused on immigrant rights and provision of social services to immigrant communities, and more.

All grant applications must be submitted through the Vilcek Foundation’s Grant portal. Details on the foundation’s grants and the applications process can be found at the following links.
