Join Nevada Humanities and author Laura Newman for an outdoor walk and talk about how she incorporates her travels and long-distance hikes into her fiction writing. Come wend through the woods at Galena Creek Regional Park and get inspiration on using the globe as your personal muse.

During this Sagebrush to Sandstone program, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and glean writing tips from Newman about gathering inspiration from the outdoors and how movement awakens creativity.

Space for this event is limited and registration in advance is required.

This program is supported with funding by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University.
