She was the State of Nevada’s most famous artist by 1913, one of the leading women artists of the Southwest by 1951, and became one of the most prolific impressionist artists in the United States in the 20th century. She was known as one of the greatest painters of the Southwestern deserts. This collection of nearly 40 paintings was recently restored and is on loan from the collection of James Boyd.
