The Boulder City Art Guild began over 40 years ago when a group of friends gathered to paint and create art. In 1976, the decision was made to formally organize, establish rules and regulations, and apply for nonprofit status with the state. The group became known as the Boulder City Art Guild, Inc., with the purpose of promoting Fine Art.
