Arts Council Sponsors 20 Art Show booths

Spotlight Nevada, presented by Nevada Arts Council is full: All 16 of the sponsored wall booths were filled within hours of opening applications, and the waitlist is now over 30 artists from all over the state of Nevada. All applicants will be emailed individually by July 18 with the status of their application. There is still space for ONE more space only sculpture or installation exhibitor, so the applications will remain open until next week. Participants will be announced on Aug. 1.

The Nevada Arts Council is partnering with the Reno Tahoe International Art Show to expand the 2025 RTIA Heart of Reno segment, showcasing artists from the entire state of Nevada.

New to 2025, the “Spotlight Nevada” sponsored pavilions accommodate a total of 20 exhibitors, comprising eight end-cap booths, eight standard booths, and four space-only sculpture/furniture/3D installation works. The cost of exhibiting (booth with lighting) will covered in full by the Nevada Arts Council.

Of the 20 exhibitors selected, 50% (10) will be accepted from the Reno Tahoe region, and the remaining 50% will be chosen from outside the region. As a commercial event, all exhibitors are required to be present for the RTIA Show, Sept. 11-14, to engage with attendees and buyers.

Nevada artists may apply for ONE of the space options and are encouraged to do so based on the size and scope of the work to be exhibited. Applications will be reviewed and accepted upon receipt. It is open from July 10-24. Apply early before space is full.

The final participants will be announced on Aug. 1, 2025.
